We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, strong connections with decision-makers and procurement teams, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. Minimum Requirements:
A Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the hospitality industry
Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proven ability to identify and engage with key decision-makers and procurement teams within the hospitality sector
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within the hospitality industry, including hotels, lodges, and resorts
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to target and acquire new clients. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into long-term business relationships
Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers and procurement teams
Sales Execution: The company has a sales team with vast experience and knowledge of our products that will assist with the design, layout, product recommendation and the conclusion of the sales
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively reach the target market
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Balance remote work with in-office collaboration to maximize productivity and client engagement
