A leading Courier Company is looking for a dedicated and professional Corporate Sales Business Development Manager to join their consistently growing company.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within the Corporate sector. Levering your sales expertise, and knowledge of B2B sales to develop and cultivate relationships with corporate clients.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualification in Sales, or a related field
Proven track record of success in corporate sales or business development roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the corporate sector
Strong understanding of corporate sales processes, sales methodologies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies

Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through various channels.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that align with client requirements
Develop and execute a sales plan to penetrate target markets and increase market share
Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure favourable terms, pricing, and contracts
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Track sales performance, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
Solicit feedback from corporate clients to enhance customer experience and strengthen relationships
