Join our tasty team! We’re on the hunt for a rockstar professional with a flair for sales management and operational wizardry. If you’ve got a track record of success in managing multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) units, we want to hear from you! As our new QSR Divisional Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind implementing systems, controls, and audits that drive customer delight and profitability. Let’s cook up some success together!

Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
2-5 years experience as a manager in a QSR franchise, managing multiple stores
Experience in planning, resource management, cost and risk management, procurement, loss control, and staff management in the QSR industry
Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel extensively

Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement loss control processes and monitor
Ensure individual product profitability in QSR operations
Develop innovative solutions to address critical elements in the QSR industry
Attend to ad hoc requests from upper management
Collaborate with other QSR divisional managers and upper management
Communicate with external parties (service providers, customers) in the QSR industry
Drive customer excellence, facilities management, HR management, financial management, informational management, risk management, sales/marketing, and time management in QSR operations
Provide high-visibility leadership and management in QSR stores
Conduct daily store audits and regular restaurant visits to ensure QSR standards
Build and develop a team aligned with QSR company goals
Manage local store marketing and handle suppliers and customer complaints in the QSR industry
Ensure QSR stores are profitable and operate smoothly
