Join our engineering firm as a Document Control and Project Coordinator! We’re looking for a proactive professional with at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in SharePoint or similar systems.
This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
3 or more years of experience in a similar role, specific to the Engineering industry.
Proficiency in SharePoint, Office 365, and mobile technology.
Ability to organise and share various documents through web-based collaborative platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Document Management: Strong document management and filing skills, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Planning & Management: Plan and manage tasks for team members effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Process Development: Develop, maintain, and refine company processes, particularly updating procedures for remote working.
Calendar Coordination: Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings for team members and senior managers.
Administrative Support: Provide general support including managing emails, maintaining files, and assisting with office tasks.
Order & Inventory Management: Track orders and inventory, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Technology Utilization: Utilize Office 365 and other technology tools to enhance productivity.
Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, consultants, and vendors.
Social Media Management: Assist with marketing and managing social media platforms.
Self-Driven: Proactively seek new assignments, ensuring a continuous workflow.
