We are seeking a Sales Manager who will oversee both inbound and outbound sales activities within our clients’ challenging lubricants industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 6 sales representatives, ensuring their effectiveness in achieving sales targets and maintaining ethical standards. Adaptability to our company culture and a strong emphasis on ethics are crucial qualities for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with B2B Sales Management, and experience within the lubricants industry will be highly advantageous.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with B2B sales management.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the lubricants or related industry.
Demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound sales.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Skynamo, and basic accounting software
Technical sales experience is highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of 6 sales representatives.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts.
Utilize the Skynamo CRM system to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.
Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of lubricants and related products.
Provide technical expertise and support to both the sales team and customers as needed.
